Since 2013, I have worked with families, adolescents, and the LGBTQ+ population, in schools, group homes, outpatient treatment facilities, and in residential settings. It has become a passion of mine to strengthen and empower individuals, families, and couples to deepen relationships and improve communication.
I believe that everyone needs and deserves a safe space to be seen and heard. I’m experienced in general life coaching, relationship navigation, neurodiversity, early marriage, addiction recovery, and parent-child relations and have supported clients with struggles including addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, communication, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and more.
Reaching out for help takes courage and I am inspired by my clients daily. My approach focuses on exploring a client's experience while looking for solutions to immediate challenges. I believe in meeting you where you are, and my job is to partner with you and guide you to the right solution that will elevate your life.
I am honored to be in this profession and want you to know that regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, or socio-economic background, you deserve a voice. Take the first step, I am excited to meet you!
